When you hear the phrase, “live life on your own terms” what does it mean to you?
Take a moment to think about it.
Lately, I’ve been seeing posts that want to spread awareness about diseases, government cruelty, malnutrition, animal abuse, and protests to advocate causes of all sorts. What I don’t see is a solid solution to these dire issues we as human beings face globally. It’s easy to point a finger (with four pointing back at yourself) at the uneducated failings of our society, but taking the time to think of a solution is rather a “weird” thing.
When Martin Luther King Jr. spoke about equality, the idea brought persecution in ways many of us would not bare.
When Nelson Mandela faced the coldness of prison they thought for sure that would hinder his message.
When Gandhi set forth a protest, what was thought to be one man ended up to be an entire country.
It’s quite apparent we are so used to shunning people who come up with innovations that it’s no surprise, more people are afraid to speak up.
Today, many sit blankly at the television screens sucking in the false realities around them as truth.
But is there something you can do? There are many ways to spread awareness.
Can you think of one way you can spread awareness by affecting positive change?
Start with yourself.
Instead of bashing all police officers for the naive ego of a few. The decay of their soul is apparent. Understanding can go a long way. We each face emotions, struggles, and hardships in our lives. They are human just like me and you.
The deep routed fear we have as a people to do as we are told must end.
It is when we hold responsibility for ourselves that we can begin to grow as one.
How do you do that?
Begin with your own economy. How much less stressful would your life be if you weren’t worrying all the time? The bills, child care, groceries, car payments, mortgage, gas increases… it’s no wonder the average citizen is stressed out, pissed off, and just plain tired of it all.
The problem is, they have no way out.
You can say what you want about the world around us but you can’t expect a change if your own house isn’t in order. Hence the purpose of why I’m writing this to you today.
I believe God created me for a reason.
Just like Harriet Tubman, I am leading people to a glorious freedom.
You wouldn’t hear about it on the 6 o’ clock news.
You won’t see it on in the magazines in the check out isle.
Your professor isn’t going to teach you this.
But just as the greats before me, I will not be silenced. I will not stand down. I refuse to be broken. This is too important for me to sit on the side lines.
YOU are too important to me.
So what’s next?
Let’s empower each other.
It’s more than just making money. It’s about educating yourself. Why should you be restricted from the knowledge that has created monetary wealth around the world?
You shouldn’t! This is about YOU.
And if you’re serious about change.
Join me on the 23rd of this month at 2 pm EST with my good friend David as he reveals the knowledge I speak of.
Imagine Harriet Tubman leading people in the dark, sometimes wet, cold, with the vivid smell of gun powder, and the panting of the dogs chasing her.
I’m saying that just because something is new to you doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. There will be obstacles, there will be depths you never knew you could go, and there will be me. Rooting you on, leading you across, helping you pick yourself up and stand free.
I’m giving you a choice.
Make it wisely.
