How Much Do You Really Know?

When I made my first million dollars online, there were so many things I wish I had known.

For example, in the beginning I thought I couldn’t afford to outsource tasks I wasn’t good at.

It wasn’t until I was in business for myself, I realized the truth.

I couldn’t afford not to.

Here’s why.

Replacing my lack mindset with abundance I noticed by investing into people who were better than me, in the end we accomplished more.

We think we can do it all.

So we attempt to master it all:

Email broadcasting
Social media campaigns
Writing copy
Shooting videos
Getting new leads
Making and closing sales
and the list goes on and on…

My business began making more sales on a consistent basis when I learned the value of working with experts.

Now I know what you’re thinking. “D, I don’t know any experts who are willing to help me.” The answer to that is, yet.

You may not know anyone who is an expert at generating high quality leads, yet, but what if I could introduce you?

Another lesson I learned was to pay attention to the trends.

The most foolish thing a business owner can do is ignore where their audience is and the emotions behind why they make the purchases they do.

How much do you really know about your potential customers?

Are you targeting the right people?

If the majority of your audience complains your $2,000 service is too much, perhaps you are not speaking to the right people in the first place.

When it comes to market pricing as long as your value stands beside what you are offering, the price is never really the issue.

That brings me to another lesson I learned as I built my business.

When I first got started, if you would have told me there were events that cost upwards of $30,000 to attend I would have thought you were making it up.

If you told me, that my husband and I would have paid $30,000 to attend one event, I would have thought you were insane.

It’s incredible what being around the right people can do to the way you think.

If all I focused on what was I did not have,
or how “hard” it was to succeed,
or how frustrating it was not having a mentor,
or how much money I invested even when I did not have it,

to look at my family every day living in peace the way we do now.

I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

Even after all of the trials.

I would do it all over again knowing what I know now.

You see, once you learn something and become good at it. The next step is harnessing it.

Using that passion to fuel your goals.

Show me what you spend your money on and any one can tell you what matters to you most.
