Has this ever happened to you?

“She probably married into money” the woman said.

When I read her comment I first began to laugh. For anyone who knows mine or my husbands story knows well we started from the bottom.
But then as I read the rest of her comment, it was apparent this had nothing to do with me and all to do with her own belief system of what is possible.

Why else would another woman judge another woman if she didn’t believe success for one self is truly possible.

I have no issue with moms who choose to stay home with their children, that is part of why I do what I do. After all every child is at least two full time jobs. And if your husband is anything like mine, you’ve got your hands full!!

Is the idea of two regular people coming together with common goals and actually accomplishing them so hard to believe?

I thank God every day for my husband. Not because he is one fine Italian stallion but because like me, he isn’t willing to settle when he knows he can do more, be more.

Our mission is to transform the planet. A goal only possible if one is willing to continuously work on themselves.

I know not everyone has that type of relationship but for me, it happened when I as a woman began to believe in me.

I’ll never forget that day. I was a young child and my mom and little sister and I were walking to church. As we walked to church, my mom said, “I don’t have enough to tithe”

As we kept walking a bird literally dropped a bill right where we were walking.

Now some of you reading this forgot what a miracle is and have stopped believing in them.

But I am a firm believer of miracles and placing action to achieve them.

I remember another time, I really wanted to try out for a singing competition and it was coming to a city not even two hours away from me.

My moms car was broke down and at the time we didn’t really have the extra funds to drive out there, and get a hotel anyway. So I kept my dreams to myself and never mentioned it aloud to anyone but my family. But I kept it in my heart.

That next week when we went to church a youth pastor of mine pulled me to the side and asked me if I wanted to go.

I remember looking up at him not knowing what to say.what if I told him I wanted to go and then he said oh well. Or what if I did go and I sucked? Why was he offering to take me…did he want something from me?

At that time it was hard for me to believe that a person would actually do something for nothing.

You wanna know what switched my belief?

When I put myself in the position to help others.

You see, it’s hard to believe in others if you don’t believe in yourself.

The first time my husband and I shared our story on stage, there were thousands of people in the crowd.

I remember feeling embarrassed to share that we use to struggle to pay a $450 rent.

It wasn’t until I looked into the eyes of the audience as we spoke that I realized this has nothing to do with me.

There were people tearing up, people filled with emotion and as we stepped off stage and the audience cheered a crowd of them walked right up to us to give us hugs.

One woman looked me in the eye with tears in her own and said, “thank you, I can start believing in myself again”.

A young girl came up as well and said, “you are my role model”.

What! Who? Me?

I am not an international pop star like Beyoncé and I am not even a college graduate.

I am just a woman with a dream I refused to give up on.

I see it all the time. People get complacent, they settle and when anyone else around them attempts to flourish and step forward they pull them back down.

Like crabs in a bucket. If you put one crab in a bucket it will climb out and find the ocean. If you place two or more crabs in a bucket, as one attempts to climb out, the others will literally pull it down. It’s quite fascinating to watch and sadly people do this all the time.

Just because you haven’t done something yourself doesn’t mean it’s not possible.

That’s the difference in someone who knows the power of their mind and the thoughts they keep.

A person with a success mindset doesn’t need to know the “how” all they need to know is that someone has done it before; that’s it’s possible.

I mean, if I can go from literally broke to living life on my own terms anyone can.

So what is the difference between me and someone who hasn’t reached their goals yet.

It could be a multitude of things…

Maybe they don’t have a mentor to help them achieve their goals

Maybe they haven’t set any goals to accomplish

Maybe they stopped believing.

There are people who will tell you it is impossible but don’t take it personally.

What they are really saying is, “I don’t believe I could do it so how can I believe you can”.

Set your goals and place the action to get there.

Too often, we revere the wrong people or things.

I remember when I first started my business I would use every last dime and invest back into my business.

There were people who told me to go back to school.

There were people who told me I was wasting my time.

There were people who said, “no offense, but you have no experience in this”.

I kept going.

Now, we own our car outright. I can’t even describe to you what it felt like to pay $38,000 cash for it.

We’ve just purchased our first home in over 8 years, and paid $70,000 down payment.

We absolutely love to travel. We’ve been to Costa Rica, Bahamas, Mexico, Aruba, Haiti, Colombia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Nicaragua, Panama, Grand Cayman, Canada, Miramar, Laos and in a week we are going to Bali for a month.

Although we will be living it up, I made sure the resort has internet so you can still reach me.

That’s another reason why I love online business.

I can be anywhere in the world and work with you.

Online, there are many ways to create opportunity.

I am working with a woman who is focused on her love for health. She has this product that changed her life and I help her to promote her brand. She went from not making any sales to now receiving consistent sales to her products.

I work with a gentleman who is all into his traditional company and we work to automate his process online so he can reach more people. He now works with clients he is eager to work with and finds happiness in what he does.

There’s a couple who make graphics, logos, and cool images. I work with them to get themselves out in front of more people who would like these services. They now make five figures monthly.

I have a business partner and now a dear friend who works alongside us. She is the epitome of persistent and when I gave her an assignment she did it tout-suite. She is now a 6 figure earner.

Now if you are reading these testimonials and thinking to yourself that could never be you.

It’s not them, it’s not me, it’s up to you.

Once you make the decision this can be you, it will be you.

Once you stop comparing yourself to others, you can do anything.

Once you realize how awesome you are, no one and nothing can stop you.

But it’s up to you.

And if you’re reading this saying, “I’m ready.”
