Why group coaching? There are absolutely no strict diets, discipline, or denial. You will simply learn to learn to eat better, feel better, and love yourself in a supportive environment of like-minded people. It’s also economical. You’ll receive the same coaching and advice as in my individual coaching program, at a fraction of the cost!
Your 6-month group health coaching program includes:
- 12, 1 ½-hour sessions (2 sessions per month)
- 3-ring binder for handouts and notes
- Support in setting goals to accomplish between sessions
- Delicious and easy recipes
- Email support between sessions
- Private group page on Facebook
- 30-minute private session with Ashley, by phone or in person
Bonus: We will also work through the book Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Workbook by Louise Hay (book cost not included in program fee).
